Pack Your Device
Securely place the electronic device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our service center, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
